On-Site, Ops & Sanctuary SupporT
Event & Community Outreach Ambassador – helps at events, greets visitors, collects volunteer interest, and connects Moose Lodge with the community.
On-Site Administrative & Tech Support Assistant – helps our care takers on-site and at events with email, forms, files, tech, site updates, documents, and general organization. Works remotely with executive director to maintain organization of assets, and documents in order, and on the drive.
Senior Dog Care Assistant – assists with supervised companionship, enrichment, walks, cleaning, and gentle care for senior dogs.
Grooming Care Assistant – helps with brushing, bathing, comfort grooming, and connecting Moose Lodge with groomers who want to donate their time.
Facilities & Cleaning Support – helps keep dog areas, supplies, and sanctuary spaces clean, safe, and organized.
Inventory & Supply Steward – tracks food, cleaning products, event materials, donations, and other sanctuary supplies.
Transport Support Driver – helps pick up or deliver dogs, supplies, donations, paperwork, or event materials when needed.
Guidelines & Protocol Coordinator – helps organize Moose Lodge’s volunteer guidelines, care expectations, event procedures, documentation standards, and basic safety protocols so volunteers and team members understand how to help responsibly.
Event Operations Assistant – helps at events with inventory, setup materials, forms, QR codes, tablets, supply checklists, volunteer information, and on-site updates so the event table runs smoothly and the team has what they need.
Dog Walking & Companionship – helps approved senior dogs enjoy gentle walks, bathroom breaks, outdoor time, and calm companionship. This is a great role for people who simply want to come spend time with the dogs, give them love, and brighten their day.

Volunteer Program, Communications & Coordination
Operations & Internal Communications Liaison – helps keep information flowing between board, executive team, and volunteers
Volunteer Program Assistant Coordinator – helps recruit, onboard, schedule, and follow up with volunteers. check-ins, reminders, role matching, and event staffing.
Project Coordinator– helps organize tasks, new projects, campaigns, calendars, Monday.com boards, deadlines, meeting notes, and team updates.
Scrum / Task Flow Master – helps keep projects moving by tracking blockers, next steps, assignments, and volunteer follow-ups.
Internal Communications Coordinator– Owns the google worksspace emails, reviews communication, helps summarize updates, document decisions, and make sure the right people receive the right information.
Community Relations Support – helps steward relationships with local supporters, vendors, event partners, and community contacts.
Local Partnerships Coordinator– helps track and support relationships with rescues, businesses, event hosts, and local allies.

Admin, Records, Internal Support & COMPLIANCE
Administrative Support Volunteer– helps with paperwork, thank-you notes, meeting notes, forms, files, and general admin tasks.
Data Entry & CRM Ops Assistant– enters volunteer, donor, event, and contact information into spreadsheets or shared systems.
Data Hygiene Support – helps clean duplicate records, organize contact lists, and keep donor and volunteer information accurate across various platforms including Givebutter, mailchimp, Wix, Hubspot, Google Drive, Click Up, Monday, and more.
Donor Relations Assistant– helps send thank-you messages, organize donor notes, and support donor follow-up.
Accounting & Donation Reconciliation Support – helps match Givebutter, PayPal, checks, cash, and bank records for accurate donation tracking.
Regulatory & Compliance Support – helps organize nonprofit records, donor documentation, policies, filing reminders, and compliance checklists.
HR & Volunteer Onboarding Support – helps with onboarding documents, volunteer expectations, background checks, and training records when needed.
Documentation & Knowledge Base Support – helps create guides, checklists, SOPs, and shared resources so information stays organized.
Records & Information Hub Support – helps keep Monday.com, shared folders, calendars, files, assets, and internal resources organized.

Technical, Systems & Digital Operations
Technical Operations Support Manager – helps troubleshoot accounts, logins, systems, shared folders, devices, and digital workflows.
Systems Support Holder– helps connect and maintain tools like Givebutter, email, Drive, Monday.com, forms, and contact databases.
Website & Tech Support – helps with website updates, forms, landing pages, links, digital troubleshooting, and basic tech needs.
CRM & Database Support Volunteer – helps organize donor, volunteer, and supporter records inside spreadsheets or CRM systems.
Digital Process Support Coordinator– helps document workflows, organize digital tools, and make systems easier for staff and volunteers to use.
Security & Access Support – helps track logins, permissions, shared access, and basic digital safety practices. Owns Nonprofit Tech Stack.
Creative, Media & Content: MEDIAPUP
MediaPup Coordinator – Helps capture, create, and share the stories of Moose Lodge’s senior pets through photo, video, writing, social media, and campaign content.
Photographer – takes high-quality photos of senior pets, events, volunteers, behind-the-scenes moments, and sanctuary life.
Videographer – captures video footage for social media, event recaps, donor updates, fundraising campaigns, and storytelling projects.
Content Event Support volunteer – takes quick photos and short videos at events, sanctuary days, and behind-the-scenes moments.
Video Editing Support volunteers – edits short clips, reels, event recaps, fundraiser videos, interviews, and storytelling content.
Creative Copy Writing & Storytelling volunteers – writes captions, headlines, donation appeals, volunteer posts, website copy, flyers, email copy, and campaign messaging. Write heartfelt senior pet stories, rescue journeys, memorial posts, adoption-style bios, and mission-driven content.
SEO / Blog Writing – writes rescue stories, event recaps, educational posts, volunteer spotlights, donor updates, and sanctuary news + promote.
Newsletter Writing – helps draft email updates, bi-weekly newsletters, fundraiser announcements, and community stories.
Social Media Support – helps draft posts, schedule content, organize captions, and support community engagement.
Community Engagement Support – helps respond to comments, messages, supporters, and people interested in getting involved.
Graphic Design Volunteers– creates flyers, event / site graphics, social posts, templates, signage, donor materials, and branded assets.
Campaign Voice Support – helps with messaging, and content for fundraisers, volunteer recruitment, events, and awareness campaigns.
Fundraising Content Support – creates copy, photos, videos, and updates for donation campaigns, urgent medical needs, and sponsor appeals.
PR & Press Support – helps draft press releases, media pitches, local story ideas, and community announcements.
Podcast / Interview Support – helps prepare questions, record conversations, organize interviews, and repurpose audio or video content.
YouTube Support – helps organize, edit, upload, title, describe, and optimize Moose Lodge videos.
Short-Form Video Support – helps create reels, TikToks, shorts, and quick storytelling clips from event or sanctuary footage.
Content Library Support – helps organize photos, videos, templates, captions, stories, and reusable creative assets.
Brand Voice – helps keep Moose Lodge messaging warm, consistent, heartfelt, and aligned with the sanctuary’s mission.
Creative Direction Support – helps brainstorm campaigns, organize content ideas, and shape visual storytelling for Moose Lodge projects.
Fundraising, Growth & Partnerships
Fundraising Support – helps with donation drives, urgent needs, sponsorship ideas, raffles, and seasonal campaigns.
Grant Research & Writing – researches grant opportunities, organizes deadlines, and helps support grant applications.
Corporate Partnerships Support – helps connect Moose Lodge with local businesses, sponsors, vendors, and community partners.
Community Engagement Support – helps respond to comments, messages, supporters, and people interested in getting involved.
Influencer & Ambassador Support – helps build relationships with local advocates, creators, ambassadors, and community supporters.

Specialized Support

Healing & Comfort Support – provides gentle comfort-based support such as calm companionship, or soothing presence when appropriate.
Senior Dog Advocacy Support – helps communicate the needs of senior and special-needs dogs in outreach, fundraising, and education.
Comfort Support Group – provides resources and gentle comfort-based support such as calm companionship, Reiki, reading, or support when a pup passes.
Emergency Protocol Support – helps maintain animal medical, weather, event safety, and PR crisis plans.
Facilities & Safety Lead – helps oversee upkeep, sanitation, dog safety, and volunteer safety training.
Care Documentation Support – helps organize dog care notes, routines, medication reminders, vet records, and quality-of-life documentation when appropriate.
